We have a one-off based fee structure. Once we source a self-employed consultant successfully, the fee will apply.

1. Basic/beginner tier: £1 250

   Basic/Entry level skills

2. Mid tier: £1 500

   More experienced

3. Skilled/experienced tier: £1 950

   Very experienced/specialists

Why should you get a self-employed consultant with Astute Talent Brige?

To hire in the UK for a mid tier UK employee working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week would have an approximate salary of £30 000 and even up to £35 000 a year with a recruitment fee of around £5 000 one-off (plus taxes, NI and pension obligations). A mid tier self-employed consultant will cost £14 400 a year with a one-off sourcing fee of £1 500. The self-employed South African consultants will be liable for their own taxes, etc in South Africa.
