We have a once-off based fee structure. Once we source a contractor successfully the fee will apply. The fee will depend on your needs and how much sourcing is required.

1. Basic/beginner tier: 18% to 19% of the contractor’s first year fee

2. Junior/mid tier: 20% to 21% of the contractor’s first year fee

3. Skilled/experienced tier: 22% to 23% of the contractor’s first year fee

To hire in the UK for a mid tier employee working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week would have an approximate salary of £25 000 a year with a recruitment fee of around £5 000 once off (plus taxes, NI and pension obligations). A contractor will cost around half (or less) of that yearly fee which also means that our soucing fee will be halved and the contractors are liable for their own taxes, etc in South Africa.
